About The Position
As an RN Clinical Liaison at Crossroads Hospice, you provide education and compassionate guidance to patients and families as they learn about hospice care, while offering emotional support during difficult moments. You build trusted relationships with hospital staff, navigate sensitive conversations professionally, and collaborate to help ensure patients receive appropriate care at the right time.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life and/or palliative patients.
- Active, unencumbered state RN license.
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
- CPR certification.
- Copy of TB results and an updated physical.
- Strong understanding of hospice and palliative care.
