About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit in a Level II OB Maternal and Level I Nursery setting. This is a 24-bed unit with a strong emphasis on high-quality maternal and newborn care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience required
• Active RN license required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Degree must be clearly documented on profile OR 5+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness to float across units and facilities
• Strong clinical competency and adaptability in OB settings

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum settings
• Maintain safe patient ratios: Labor (1–2:1), Postpartum (3–4:1)
• Participate in call rotation (12 hours per month required)
• Float to other sister campuses as needed
• Function as an integral member of the core care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced OB environment
