About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated LDRP Registered Nurse to join a close-knit team in a critical access hospital setting. This role requires a versatile RN who is comfortable managing patients throughout the full continuum of care including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
Requirements
- Experience in LDRP required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Active RN license required at time of submission
- Ability to work independently in a critical access environment
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
- Monitor maternal and fetal health, including fetal heart rate monitoring
- Assist with deliveries and immediate newborn care
- Support postpartum recovery and patient education
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Float between units as needed based on patient care demands
