About The Position

This is a 12-week summer temporary program for Registered Nurses in Labor & Delivery at the ChristianaCare Newark Campus - Women's Building. The program offers an opportunity to grow clinical skills, gain experience in a supportive environment, and make a difference in patients' lives during significant moments. Participants will work in one unit for the contract duration, with flexible self-scheduling available. There is a commitment to 24 weekend hours per 4-week schedule block and no holiday requirement. The program also offers competitive pay with differentials and the potential to transition to a long-term role with benefits. Requirements

• 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
• BLS certification required.
• ADN required.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
