About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide comprehensive care across the childbirth continuum in an LDRP setting. The role supports OB triage, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, outpatient testing, and nursery care. No OR circulating or scrubbing required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Current fetal heart monitoring/EFM competency
- BLS (AHA) & NRP
- Active Oregon RN license or willingness to obtain
Nice To Haves
- OBIX and EPIC experience
- EFM and STABLE certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centered care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Perform maternal and fetal assessments, including fetal heart monitoring.
- Support OB triage, antepartum, nursery, and outpatient testing needs.
- Educate patients and families and provide breastfeeding/postpartum support.
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Benefits
- Local RN: $74/hour
- Traveler RN: $74/hour — $42/hour W-2 taxable + $32/hour non-taxable stipend
