About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to mothers and newborns. The RN will assess patients, develop and evaluate care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

• 1+ year L&D experience – Required
• Postpartum & Nursery experience – Required
• Active Ohio or Compact RN License
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NRP – Required
• Current Skills Checklist (within 1 year)
• Resume and active certifications required at submission/start
• COVID vaccination card, if applicable

Nice To Haves

• BSN – Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive L&D, postpartum, and nursery care.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor maternal/newborn conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications safely and provide patient/family education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a safe patient environment.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.

Benefits

• Traveler: $72/hour ($39/hour W-2 taxable + $33/hour non-taxable stipend).
• Local: $71/hour
• 36 Hour weekly guarantee
