We value your insights and experiences because they help us grow stronger together Where You Will Work: IV Therapy, provides daily infusions, antibiotics, and specialty medications. The department has 5 IV Therapy bays and serves patients of all ages. Holiday and weekend coverage is required from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with standard scheduling consisting of 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday and 4-hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Position will be responsible for providing direct patient care, scheduling, and triaging patient needs. Requires independence, strong critical thinking, time management, and clinical skills including proficient peripheral IV skills and IV Ultrasound skills. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experienced (2-3+ years) Pediatric Registered Nurse for the IV Therapy team.
- Strong pediatric PIV skills are required
