This role is part of the IV Therapy Team and involves applying the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. The Registered Nurse will effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team, collaborate in establishing patient goals, and evaluate progress to ensure effective outcomes. Responsibilities

Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
