About The Position

Bayshore is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse who is a dedicated Infusion Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering specialized intravenous (IV) and injection therapies, closely monitoring patients for infusion-related reactions, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all procedures. This role demands exceptional clinical decision-making abilities and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification (CPR Level C or BLS)
• Proven IV skills that include PIVs, CVADs and PICC lines
• Experience with reading ECGs
• Experience administering chemotherapy or willingness to learn more about oncology required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being free from TB
• Two supervisory references
