About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in an Infusion Clinic at Ascension Via Christi, South Clifton Clinic. The position is full-time with a day shift schedule. Associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through an academic partnership with Wichita State University.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in strict alignment with clinical policies and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Champion the patient care plan by continuously monitoring conditions, evaluating progress, and communicating critical updates to the care team.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams, serving as the central point of contact to ensure seamless, holistic treatment for every patient.
Execute physician and advanced practice orders accurately and efficiently, translating clinical directives into immediate bedside action.
Drive proactive discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team to guarantee safe, smooth transitions of care for patients and their families.
