About The Position
This position delivers compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports patient safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will develop and manage individualized care plans, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to meet changing needs. They will communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team to ensure timely decisions and seamless care delivery. The role also involves coordinating care across disciplines, bringing together providers, therapists, and support staff to create a smooth and effective patient experience, and guiding discharge planning, helping patients and families transition safely from hospital to home or the next level of care.
Requirements
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
