About The Position

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Join a highly collaborative Hyperbaric & Wound Care team providing services to inpatients, outpatients, hyperbaric patients, and ostomy patients. The department is equipped with 4 exam rooms outpatient, 2 monoplace hyperbaric chambers. The wound care staff are very involved with patient care, coordination of care, and overall patient outcomes. We focus on education to our patients, families, and team.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • 1+ years of clinical nursing
  • Strong communication skills

  • A true passion for wounds and patient care

  • Previous experience with wounds or desire to learn.
