About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse - House Supervisor. New graduates are accepted, and potential relocation assistance may be discussed during the interview. Nursing home experience is considered a plus. A valid BLS (AHA) certification is required, as is a COVID vaccine. The candidate must possess a current license in PA or a temporary work permit. The role requires knowledge of medical asepsis, body mechanics, personal care of residents, correct use and care of equipment, observation techniques, reporting and recording, and a thorough understanding of nursing theory and its application. The individual must be willing to learn and comply with regulations, policies, procedures, contracts, and the philosophy of the institution. Maintaining a courteous and professional manner towards residents, visitors, and co-workers, with a dedication to meeting the needs of the elderly, is essential. Awareness of cost containment, efficient time utilization, and proper equipment care are also expected. The ability to accept and follow written and verbal directives, along with good communication and observation skills, is necessary.

Requirements
