We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Registered Nurse - CCC/House Supervisor to join our Nursing Administration department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Requirements

• Valid Missouri RN license
• Current BLS/ACLS
• Management experience - two plus years
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing

Nice To Haves

• ER, WC/OB, Med/Surg, ICU, BHU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to emergencies and critical situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee the efficient functioning of the hospital during off-hours.
