About The Position
AccentCare is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager for home health in Weatherford, Texas, covering Grandbury, Texas, and surrounding areas. The position is not remote or virtual. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with monthly on-call duties. Salary is $85,000 to $102,000, based on years of experience, and the role offers a $10,000 bonus. The RN provides care in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care and supporting patients in aging in place. The position requires travel to business locations and patient-facing work. Applicants must have graduated from an approved school of professional nursing, hold an active registered nurse license in the state where the agency operates, and have at least one year of RN experience. A current CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and an insured, well-maintained automobile are also required.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
- At least one year of experience as a registered nurse.
- Maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
- Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order, and be able to travel to all business locations.
