About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to lead its Home Health Clinical team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This full-time role oversees clinical staff education, training, and supervision to support a high standard of patient care in the home. The role includes regular field visits within the AdvisaCare service area and requires a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who can thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• Valid CPR certification and up-to-date TB test.
• Clear criminal background check and drug screening.
• Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and multitasking skills.
• Reliable transportation, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home health care experience is preferred but is not mandatory for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinical team, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate and conduct staff education and onboarding programs.
• Monitor clinical visits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform regular field visits within the AdvisaCare service area.
