Home Health Clinical Educator (Registered Nurse)
About The Position
A permanent, full-time Registered Nurse position with a nonprofit Home Health organization. The primary office is in Monterey, with some travel to the Salinas office. The Clinical Educator coordinates orientation, training, and ongoing education for clinical, clerical, and management staff; orients new clinical employees, evaluates competencies, and documents training; develops short- and long-term education plans; assesses training needs and leads agency-wide in-service programs; helps develop performance improvement goals and standards; and supports agency processes and departmental growth.
Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- At least 3 years of Home Health experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
Responsibilities
