This role will support current and projected patient volume while ensuring timely OASIS completion, safe caseload management, and high-quality patient care. This is a full-time opportunity from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. This position is at Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency, affiliated with NewYork Presbyterian Hospital.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification
- Must have valid driver’s license and car to use for work
