About The Position

Griswold Home Care of Stillwater & Woodbury is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise and support in-home care services for clients. This part-time role, with potential to grow to full-time, allows nurses to use their skills meaningfully while maintaining control of their schedule. The position involves overseeing and supporting caregivers, ensuring clients receive high-quality personal care, developing and updating client care plans, conducting supervisory RN visits, collaborating with the Director to match care needs with services, providing hands-on caregiver training, ensuring caregiver competency, reassessing client needs and satisfaction, documenting changes in client condition, and maintaining communication with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Compassionate

Responsibilities

• Develop and update individualized client care plans
• Conduct supervisory RN visits to assess condition and quality of services
• Collaborate with the Director to match care needs with the right services
• Provide hands-on caregiver training in our Woodbury training center
• Ensure caregivers demonstrate competency with delegated tasks
• Reassess each client's needs and satisfaction every 90 days or as needed
• Document any changes in client condition and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain communication with clients and designated family members
