About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care RN to provide high-quality nursing care to clients in the Wayne, Monroe, and Oakland Counties MI area. Must be willing to travel. This role involves delivering personalized care in patients’ homes, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being while supporting their independence.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or related field.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to quality care.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Southeast Michigan Region.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective home care services.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Competitive pay range of $37.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on full time salary
- Part time ranging from $55.00 - $65.00 per visit
