About The Position

This is an outpatient clinic position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Hematology/Oncology. The nurse will be responsible for patient care within the clinic setting, including patient assessment, phlebotomy, central line care, assisting with bone marrow biopsies, administering vaccinations, performing EKGs, phone triage, patient education, and case management. The role involves working with both malignant and non-malignant hematology teams. Chemotherapy and infusions are NOT administered in this clinic. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no call, float, or weekend requirements. Candidates must provide their own stethoscope. EPIC access is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• BCLS certification
• Must provide/bring their own stethoscope
• EPIC Acute Activation User activated in EPIC with hospital-related or blended access – EA1150405

Nice To Haves

• Oncology clinic experience preferred
• Acute Oncology/Hematology experience will be considered
• Traveler Experience: Clinic
• ONS certification
• BMTCN certification
• OCN certification
