About The Position

This clinic focuses on classical hematology, including bleeding disorders, hemophilia, anemias, sickle cell, and DVTs. It does not handle malignant hematology or oncology cases. The role involves patient rooming, phlebotomy, central line care, assisting with bone marrow biopsies, administering vaccinations, performing EKGs, phone triage, scheduling infusions, and patient education via phone calls and case management. While the clinic primarily deals with non-malignant hematology, there's a possibility of interacting with malignant hematology teams. RNs are required to bring their own stethoscopes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience REQUIRED
• Will consider acute Oncology/Hematology experience
• Clinic WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers
• Phlebotomy Skills are a MUST
• BCLS certification
• EPIC Acute Activation User activated in EPIC with hospital-related or blended access – EA1150405

• Chemotherapy and infusions are NOT done in this setting.
• We do not administer chemo or infusions in the clinic.
• Prefer oncology clinic experience
• ONS certification
• BMTCN certification
• OCN certification
