About The Position
Join IU Health’s Gastroenterology Center, where compassionate care meets cutting-edge outpatient services. As an RN in our ambulatory clinic, you’ll build meaningful patient relationships while collaborating with an expert team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) aligned with clinic hours of 7:30 AM–5:30 PM—designed to promote work-life balance while making a real impact on patients’ digestive health.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
Responsibilities
