About The Position

The Registered RN is a professional caregiver and member of a multidisciplinary health care team. The nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during a designated time frame, supervises and provides patient care, and uses the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of acute care RN experience, including at least 1 year in the specialty area for which the applicant is applying.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Current New Jersey BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Current NJ-CNOR (Certified Nurse, Operating Room) certification is preferred.
• Certain specialties may require advanced certifications, such as ACLS, NALS, or PALS.
