About The Position
Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing, and providing nursing care according to Barstow Community Hospital’s mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures. Key dimensions of the position include quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, positive public and customer relations, and fundamental nursing knowledge. The nurse completes other assignments as directed.
