About The Position
This is a travel/contract Emergency Room Registered Nurse position at a hospital campus in Worcester, MA. The facility is open to 13–26 week contracts for this position and will allow 36 HPW or 48 HPW scheduling options. Holiday rules allow 1 major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year) to be included in RTO, with priority given to those with minimal RTO and 26-week contracts.
Requirements
- Permanent MA RN license in hand.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience.
- Ability to read telemetry.
- Must be able to pass a medication exam at orientation (1 attempt).
- Must be able to pass a telemetry exam at orientation (1 attempt).
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- EPIC experience.
Responsibilities
- Administering patient care in the Emergency Room.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administering medications.
- Participating in orientation and passing required exams (medication and telemetry).
