About The Position

Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy RN to join our team at The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods. In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care within the endoscopy setting, including implementing care plans, delivering interventions, and managing medication administration.

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA required).
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Endoscopy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver safe, effective care while monitoring patient conditions and carrying out ordered interventions.
• Accurately record patient status, responses to treatment, and progress toward care goals.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes and experiences.
• Maintain patient privacy (HIPAA) and ensure all practices comply with regulatory agencies (OSHA, ODH, TJC, etc.).
• Utilize resources appropriately to support cost-effective care.
