RN, 32 hours/week - Endoscopy
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on Winchester Hospital’s Endoscopy Team, you will provide patient care by conducting assessments, administering medications and treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. You will collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal care plan for each patient, and support and educate patients and their loved ones to help achieve the best possible outcomes. The position is scheduled for 32 hours per week on the day shift. On-call work is required at Winchester Hospital and 10P Commerce Way in Woburn, Massachusetts. Winchester Hospital is a 223-bed regional hospital serving the northwest suburban Boston area and is a five-time Magnet-designated hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly encouraged.
- Work experience in a unit-specific specialty is preferred.
