About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in the Emergency Room (ER) in Colebrook, NH. This position involves working 4x12hr shifts per week, totaling 48 hours/week, during night hours (7p-7a). The contract begins on 10/19/2026. This is a CHARGE RN POSITION, requiring the candidate to have previous charge experience. The role also requires the nurse to be willing to take Stepdown patients and assist with Med/Surg patients, including floating to these units. Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility, and local candidates will not be considered. Epic EMR experience is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current Emergency Room experience
  • Previous Charge experience required
  • Epic EMR experience
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
  • Active American Heart Association PALS certification
  • Active TNCC certification
  • Active and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
  • Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
  • Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
  • Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
  • Candidates must have 2+ years ER experience AND experience working in a Critical Access Hospital.
  • Must be willing to take Stepdown patient and help with Med/Surg patients.
  • This position requires floating to Med/Surg & Stepdown.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous travel experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience working in a Critical Access Hospital is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Keeping patients and their families informed about surgical procedures
  • Administering medication and using medical equipment under the direction of a surgeon
  • Responding to sudden changes in patients’ health and managing occasional emergencies
  • Keeping good records and maintaining patients’ charts
  • Using basic math skills adequate for dosage calculations
  • Working with surgeons, medical/surgical nurses and post-acute caregivers to create comprehensive patient care from pre- to post-op
  • Standing for long periods, lifting moderate weight and working in environments where there may be infectious material
