About The Position

Copper Springs - East, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) department. This role is crucial in providing direct patient care for individuals undergoing ECT treatment. The team is described as tight-knit with strong teamwork and supportive leadership, fostering a positive and collaborative environment within a modern facility. The position is full-time with a schedule of 5x8, involving rotating shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3pm-11pm and Tuesday, Thursday from 7am-3pm.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
• Current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior ECT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within the established policies and procedures of the department.
• Acts as the primary nursing care provider for the full spectrum of care during assigned patients’ ECT treatment.
• Assists the outpatient department with patient treatment as needed.
