About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department/Emergency Room role at an acute care hospital in DeWitt, Iowa. This is a 13-week travel contract with a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and a schedule of 36 hours per week. The assignment is scheduled to start on November 30, 2026, with one opening. Estimated travel pay is $2,340 per week; local candidates are paid $51 per hour. VitalHire offers weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter from submission through the final shift. The company also assists with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding to help the nurse start on time.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Iowa RN license or multistate (compact) RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current PALS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience; 2 or more years preferred.
