About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care aligned with gold-standard clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and recovery. The nurse will proactively monitor health trends, communicate critical changes to the team for timely interventions, and act as a central coordinator for the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include translating medical and nursing orders into precise clinical actions and championing the transition of care by collaborating with the healthcare team to address discharge needs.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Translate medical and nursing orders into precise clinical actions, ensuring every treatment is executed with the highest level of accuracy and care.
• Champion the transition of care by collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and solve discharge needs early, ensuring patients return home with confidence and clarity.
