About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The role involves providing care to patients with a 1:1-2 patient ratio. The nurse will be required to work weekdays, some weekends, and rotating holidays. Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity is also necessary. The position requires 36 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts, and up to 6 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period. Specific weekend shifts include Saturday/Sunday for dayshift and Friday/Saturday for nightshift.
Requirements
- 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred.
- BLS/ACLS required.
- IV start skills.
- Tele skills.
- Vents skills.
- Swanz skills.
- Conscious Sedation skills.
- Balloon Pumps skills.
- PA Lines skills.
- EPIC experience required.
- Previous travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities
