About The Position
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
Requirements
- BSN required
- IL RN License
- CPR BLS issued by AHA
- ACLS issued by AHA
- Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
