About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in the Multispecialty Med Surg Observation department at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN. The position is full-time with day shifts. The Clinical Lead will supervise nursing department operations, oversee patient access, ensure high-quality care delivery, manage clinical staff through delegation, training, and performance evaluation, and collaborate with leadership on process updates and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of RN acute care experience
1 year of Charge Nurse experience

Responsibilities
