About The Position

This role involves supervising nursing department operations, including overseeing patient access and ensuring high-quality care delivery. The Clinical Lead will manage clinical staff by delegating duties, conducting training, and providing ongoing performance evaluation. Collaboration with leadership is expected to maintain updated processes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of RN acute care experience
1 year of Charge Nurse experience
