About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in the Med Surg department at Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Franklin, WI. The position is full-time, working nights. The Clinical Lead will lead shift operations, assign patient care tasks, empower and mentor nursing teams, optimize unit resources and staffing, resolve complex care challenges, and provide input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
