About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in the Medical Surgical department, working a full-time night shift from 7pm to 7am, 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week at Ascension St. John Sapulpa in Sapulpa, OK. The position involves leading patient care by delivering holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. The lead will drive care planning by initiating, implementing, and monitoring personalized patient care plans. They will also coordinate the team, serving as a central communication link for all disciplines to ensure a unified care journey. Additionally, the role requires vigilant monitoring of patients, accurately observing, recording, and communicating changes in condition, and acting on clinical insights. The lead will manage and execute physician and nursing orders and proactively coordinate patient discharge plans for successful transitions of care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
