About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in the Emergency Department (ED) at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. The position is full-time, working nights. The Clinical Lead will direct and mentor nursing and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing shift environment. They will apply independent judgment to plan shift workflows, services, and patient care delivery. This includes assessing daily patient needs to create balanced assignments that ensure clinical excellence and meet productivity standards, resolving patient care concerns and complaints promptly, and ensuring the team has immediate access to essential supplies and resources.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
