About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cath Lab Holding position. This role involves caring for patients undergoing various cardiac and vascular procedures, including TEE/Cardioversions, PCI, Diagnostic Heart Catheterization, Peripheral Vascular percutaneous procedures, Pacemakers, Cardiac Ablation, Structural Heart Procedures, and Loop Recorder insertions. The position is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend or holiday work required. First-time travelers are welcome. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- ACLS certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Cardiac Telemetry experience required.
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.

Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients undergoing TEE/Cardioversions, PCI, Diagnostic Heart Catheterization, Peripheral Vascular percutaneous procedures, Pacemakers, Cardiac Ablation, Structural Heart Procedures, and Loop Recorders insertions.
- Monitor patients in the holding area before and after procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC.
