About The Position
Roze Room is a leading provider of Hospice and Palliative Care, celebrating 25 years of service to Southern California communities. This Per Diem Field Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) position serves the Ventura County areas and offers a competitive pay of $50/hr plus mileage reimbursement. This role is crucial for guiding patients and families through life's vulnerable transitions, delivering comfort, dignity, and compassionate care at home.

- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate individualized hospice care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care including pain and symptom management
- Supervise LVNs and CHHAs in the field
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate and support patients and families during critical moments
