About The Position
This Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager position is responsible for coordinating care for patients, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to optimize patient outcomes and promote an efficient healthcare delivery system within a 266-bed acute-care hospital that offers 24/7 Emergency Services, specialized centers for bariatrics, behavioral health, cancer treatment, heart and vascular care, and orthopedic services, along with a network of affiliated physician practices.
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in MIDAS
