About The Position

A travel position is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management in Asheville, North Carolina. The role involves working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and providing nursing care and support to patients throughout their healthcare journey. The nurse assesses patients, develops and manages care plans, coordinates with healthcare teams, educates and advocates for patients and families, and documents care management activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices.
