About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a dedicated RN Case Manager – Wounded Warrior at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The role supports the recovery and rehabilitation of military service members navigating complex healthcare and recovery needs. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Three years of RN Case Management experience within the last four years.
- Experience working with active-duty military service members.
- Knowledge of TRICARE, DoD and VA healthcare systems, and the Recovery Care Coordinator Program.
- Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or another PWS-approved credential).
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive recovery and rehabilitation care plans.
- Collaborate with military healthcare providers and support programs.
- Facilitate referrals and continuity of care.
- Advocate for wounded service members and their families.
