About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential full-time opportunity for a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager supporting military families through the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. The role helps families navigate specialized medical and educational needs by coordinating care, supporting EFMP processes, collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources, and connecting families with care plans, education, referrals, and specialized support. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and sick leave.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction.
Three years of RN Case Management experience within the last four years.
At least one year of nursing and care coordination experience after graduation.
Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or another PWS-approved credential).
Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate care for military families with special medical or educational needs.
Support EFMP enrollment and family member travel screenings.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources.
Assist families with care plans, education, and referrals.
Help military families access specialized care and support.
