About The Position
The Cardiac Renal Unit (CRU) at Deaconess Midtown is a 39-bed telemetry unit specializing in the care of patients with complex cardiovascular and renal conditions. Nurses on this unit care for patients with conditions such as heart failure, dysrhythmias, unstable angina, pre-open heart surgery, renal insufficiency, and kidney failure. The role involves close monitoring, expert assessment, and decisive action. It requires critical thinking, confidence, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes. Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
