Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab PRN
About The Position
Seeking Registered Nurse! Baptist Health Floyd, Cardiac Rehab PRN, Days and Hours Vary; Some Weekends and Holidays May be Required. In this role, the Cardiac Rehab RN will assure clinical supervision with an appropriate plan of care of exercise and educational sessions for all phases of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program for the adult patient. Baptist Health Floyd's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR), offers patients the expertise of nurses, a registered dietitian, a diabetes educator and an exercise physiologist in one convenient location within the hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved nursing program.
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
- ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire).
- Previous nursing experience that has provided opportunities to refine competencies in nursing practice.
Responsibilities
