About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for Baptist Health Floyd's Cardiac Rehab PRN position. This role involves providing clinical supervision and developing a plan of care for exercise and educational sessions for adult patients in all phases of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Baptist Health Floyd's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is certified by the AACVPR and includes a team of nurses, a registered dietitian, a diabetes educator, and an exercise physiologist.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved nursing program.
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
- Previous nursing experience that has provided opportunities to refine competencies in nursing practice.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire).
Responsibilities
- Assure clinical supervision with an appropriate plan of care of exercise and educational sessions for all phases of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program for the adult patient.
