About The Position
The Registered Nurse works collaboratively with other healthcare team members, plans and implements patient and family education, and is responsible for assessing patient needs and initiating appropriate interventions.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, AAN).
- Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professionalism.
- Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform essential job functions successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn current and new computer applications and office equipment.
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, BAN).
- Oncology Certified Nurse.
- Outpatient clinic experience.
- Knowledge of electronic health record operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health (Assessment).
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis).
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient.
- Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected outcomes (Plan of Care).
- Implement the identified plan of care.
- Promote health and maintain a safe environment.
- Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
- Maintain knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice.
- Evaluate personal nursing practice in relation to professional standards.
- Contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and others in nursing practice.
- Integrate ethical provisions in all areas of practice.
- Integrate research findings into practice.
- Provide leadership in the professional practice environment.
- Complete additional related duties as assigned.
