Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health
About The Position
This is a full-time (36 hrs/week) night shift (6:30pm - 7am) Registered Nurse (RN) position at Southeast Behavioral Hospital, offering full benefits and opportunities for overtime and covering various shifts. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position is eligible for a $20,000 Sign-on Bonus & a $5,000 Relocation Bonus. Southeast Behavioral Hospital provides a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services for children, teens, adults, and seniors experiencing mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use issues. The hospital is located in the Cape Girardeau region, an area with a diverse economy and a labor force encompassing a 40-mile radius.
Requirements
- Current Missouri RN License OR Compact RN License (Or eligible to receive/renew)
- BSN preferred
- Preferred prior experience in a psychiatric health-care facility

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families at their most vulnerable times.
- Collaborate with a nationwide network of peer nurses and nursing leaders to educate the field, exchange ideas, and review current topics within the industry.
- Participate in Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager-in-training programs and nursing executive tracks for career advancement.
